Coaching scope

GFS provides personalized fitness coaching, nutrition and training guidance, behaviour support and education. It is a coaching service, not medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before starting.

Individual results

Results vary based on starting point, consistency and effort. Changes in fat loss, strength, energy, habits or body composition are possible outcomes, not guarantees. No particular amount of weight loss or result within a fixed timeline is promised.

Membership investments

Foundation: 90 days at ₹15,000. Acceleration: 180 days at ₹28,000. Mastery: one year at ₹54,000. Review each membership’s inclusions before enquiring. The GFS team confirms the final payment details and coaching start date before onboarding.

Enquiry and payment

This website captures consultation and membership enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not take a payment, activate a membership or confirm acceptance into coaching. The team discusses suitability, payment and onboarding on WhatsApp.

Refunds and cancellation

Payments are non-refundable once coaching has started. Cancellation arrangements before coaching starts must be confirmed with the GFS team before payment.

Personal use

Plans are non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual. Your coaching strategy is built around your circumstances.
